On the Spit BBQ, LLC is a food truck company stationed out of Clive, IA. We specialize in smoked BBQ dishes including sliced brisket, brisket burnt ends, pulled pork, pork money muscle, chicken leg quarters (thighs and legs connected), and chicken wings. All of our sides are homemade and include baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, onion rings, and French fries.

On the “Find Me” page, there is a calendar where you will be able to see where we will be setup and our hours of operation for that day. The calendar will be updated every week. Also, on the calendar you will be able to see any specials we may be having for that specific day.
